Job summary

XPO is seeking a Dockworker (Hostler) to move trailers and operate equipment at its Henderson, CO location. You will load freight, perform basic math, and work across days, evenings, nights, and weekends, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform basic math, with or without calculator.
• Must pass company-paid pre-employment test.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers throughout the property.
• Operate motorized and manual equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Load freight at least once per week.
• Work on a hostler in all weather conditions; stand for extended periods.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and connect/disconnect dolly.
• Follow safety policies and use handheld devices to track shipments.
