Job summary
Carenetic Digital, LLC is seeking a remote Hosting Client Success Manager to oversee hosting for multi-location healthcare groups nationwide. You will manage dozens of WordPress sites, coordinate launches, and lead migrations while ensuring uptime, security, and fast, reliable patient access.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of DNS, SSL, caching, SMTP, and core hosting concepts.
- Experience coordinating site launches, migrations, or infrastructure changes.
- Excellent client communication skills, including explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Demonstrated accountability and ability to raise issues and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to improve hosting workflows and delivery quality.
- Verify deliverables meet client expectations and perform post-launch checks.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on hosting-related needs, building trust through clear communication and consistent follow-through
- Receive, evaluate, and route hosting requests to the correct team (hosting, development, or client-billable project work)
- Own coordination and client success for site launches and migrations, including gathering client inputs, tracking readiness, and confirming post-launch stability
- Manage large-scale migration initiatives involving dozens or hundreds of sites, requiring phased execution, risk management, and coordination across teams
- Directly execute platform-level hosting tasks including DNS configuration, redirects, SSL setup, and caching changes
- Communicate hosting concepts (DNS, environments, SMTP, caching) in clear, client-friendly terms
- Respond to hosting incidents and outages with calm, timely, and accurate client-facing updates
- Act as Project Manager for hosting initiatives: creating timelines, tracking milestones, and driving accountability
- Identify opportunities to improve hosting workflows, reduce friction, and raise the quality of delivery
- Validate that deliverables meet client expectations and ensure post-delivery verification is completed
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience supporting and configuring WordPress hosting environments
- Strong understanding of DNS, SSL, caching, SMTP, and core hosting concepts, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot these directly
- Experience coordinating and participating in site launches, migrations, or infrastructure changes. Not just project management, but hands-on involvement
- Excellent client communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams: balancing tickets, active incidents, and long-running projects
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts and hold others accountable to shared goals
- Strong situational judgment: knowing when to act independently, when to escalate, and when to bring others along
- A positive, solutions-oriented attitude under pressure
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with hosting platforms such as WP Engine, Rocket.net, or similar managed WordPress hosts
- Experience with tools like Asana, HelpScout, Google Workspace, Slack, and ManageWP
- Experience with code, development workflows, or site migrations at a technical level
- Familiarity with caching layers (server-level, CDN, application-level) and transactional email systems
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-site migration projects
- Background in an agency or managed hosting environment
