Job summary

MISTER O1 Extraordinary Pizza in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Host to deliver an EXTRAORDINARY dining experience. You will warmly greet guests, seat them timely, and guide them to appropriate tables while coordinating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

You’ll manage the waitlist, inform guests of specials, and help maintain clean, welcoming restrooms, always aiming to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza.
• Warmly and graciously greet all guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
• Greet the guest before they greet you and open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant when possible.
• Inform guests who will be serving them
• Manage waitlist
• Assign guests to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation
• Maintain contact with management and serving staff, and guests to ensure that dining details are handled properly, and customers' concerns are addressed
• Inform guests of establishment specialties and features.
• Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies and clean restrooms when necessary.
• Direct guests to waiting areas/Restrooms
• Relay messages to servers regarding birthdays or special occasions
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return

Job description

Making sure your guests receive an EXTRAORDINARY experience will be the most important part of your job as a Host at MISTER O1. The Host will provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests, by welcoming and warmly greeting guests with a smile and eye contact upon arrival. It is imperative to seat our guests in a timely manner and at a table that best serves their needs.You will be expected to always meet Mister O1 SOP´s (standard operating procedures) for welcoming and greeting, helping guests to their seats, answering questions about Mister O1 and following proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures. Always be ready and ensure that your guest receives a Mister O1 EXTRAORDINARY experience!
