Job summary

MISTER O1 is hiring a SERVER TEAM MEMBER to uphold our mission of delivering an EXTRAORDINARY guest experience in Charlotte. You will greet guests, take orders, seat guests, and ensure our SOPs are followed to uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards.

As part of the team, you’ll work with others, stay on the move with urgency, and help teammates deliver immediate, friendly service that makes guests feel welcome and valued.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide friendly, accurate service.
• Follow Mister O1 SOPs for greetings, seating and order taking.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus with a positive attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables and assist guests as needed.
• Maintain table cleanliness and assist with side work as directed.

Making sure your guests receive an extraordinary experience will be the most important part of your job as a SERVER TEAM MEMBER at MISTER O1. You will need to always meet Mister O1 SOP´s (standard operating procedures) for welcoming and greeting, serve tables and take orders, helping guests to their seats, perform side jobs, answering questions about Mister O1 and following proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures. Always be ready and ensure that your guest receives a Mister O1 EXTRAORDINARY experience!
