Job summary

Improper Pig in Charlotte, NC is seeking a confident, energetic Host to provide the first impression and welcome guests with a responsive, attentive approach.

You will seat guests, manage wait lists, promote features, and support FOH/BOH teams while maintaining cleanliness and delivering a warm dining experience.

Qualifications

• Willing to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Physical stamina for minimum 6 hour shift.
• Able to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to train individuals.
• Learner/Coachable.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests (especially 1st time guests protocols).
• Maintains a timely restaurant wait list.
• Communicates features and promotions.
• Delivers food to tables.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining room, and restrooms.
• Performs daily opening and closing duties.
• Communicates restaurant operational needs to managers.
• Maintains a helpful, productive working relationship with the DMO.
• Participates in and maintains positive relationships across FOH and BOH teams.
• Participates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events.
