Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a friendly and professional team member to welcome guests, seat them at tables or in the lounge, and assist with cashier transactions in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure accurate checkouts while upholding our mission of creating extraordinary experiences. A high school diploma and strong English communication skills are required; flexibility for varied shifts is expected.

Job Summary

Welcomes guests, seat them at tables or lounge and help to ensure quality and service courteously greet all guests and perform cashier transactions accurately and according to the Company policy.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

What You Will Need
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.
  • Frequent walking
  • Work area is subject to variable temperatures
  • May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise

GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
