Job Summary

The Host is responsible for welcoming guests, seating them promptly, and ensuring a smooth and positive dining experience. This role provides menus, manages reservations, maintains clean and organized dining areas, and supports overall guest satisfaction. A strong commitment to customer service and professionalism is essential.

• Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Greet guests in a timely manner and provide menus.

Assign guests to tables based on rotation and service needs.

Ensure dining and serving areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.

Receive and record guest reservations accurately.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
