Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations and guide them to their table.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and seat guests accordingly.
• Distribute menus and answer initial questions.
• Optimize seating to balance workload among wait staff.
• Answer phones and schedule reservations for large parties.
