Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a costumed Beverage Server to craft and serve a variety of beverages in a casino environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure drink quality while maintaining an entertaining stage persona.

Candidates should be 18+, able to obtain gaming and liquor licenses, and willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Physical tasks include lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Incorporate a stage personality while serving guests.
• Possess knowledge of guest services and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, understand orders, handle cash, and use computers.

Your bartending skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall experience for our guests.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Create a fun-filled, entertaining environment.Greet guests with fast, friendly service, incorporating a stage persona.Ensure guest satisfaction, drink quality, and cleanliness.Have knowledge of drinks, ingredients, and prices.Take orders, serve drinks, explain preparation methods, and inform guests of specials.Check guest identification and manage excessive drinking responsibly.Write orders and handle payments.Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.Review procedures to improve service, performance, and safety.Carrying traysUsing both handsLifting 15–25+ poundsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Must be 18+ years of age.Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Incorporate a stage personality while serving guests.Possess knowledge of guest services and communication skills.Ability to read, write, understand orders, handle cash, and use computers.Employee appearance is a bona fide occupational qualification necessary to ensure that employees maintain the entertainment theme of the casino.
