Responsibilities

• Making a memorable first and last impression.
• Greeting guests in a welcoming manner and seating them efficiently.
• Coordinating wait times and seating guests promptly.
• Engaging with guests with genuine conversations.
• Having a good knowledge of the menu to recommend and upsell.
• Answering phone calls professionally.
• Assisting with bussing tables, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Leading the lobby experience following Outback hospitality standards.
• Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
