Responsibilities

• Making a memorable first and last impression.
• Greeting guests warmly, seating them efficiently, and ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff.
• Coordinating wait times and seating with a sense of urgency.
• Engaging with guests with genuine conversations and smiles.
• Having a general knowledge of the menu to recommend and upsell.
• Answering phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assisting throughout the restaurant, including bussing tables, delivering food, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Leading the lobby experience following Outback hospitality standards.
• Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards during shifts.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs. and work in hot/cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for extended periods.
• For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days).
