Responsibilities

• Making a memorable first and last impression.
• Greeting guests warmly, seating them, and ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff.
• Coordinating wait times and seating guests with a sense of urgency.
• Engaging with guests with genuine conversations and smiles.
• Having knowledge of the menu to recommend and upsell products.
• Answering phones professionally and directing calls.
• Assisting throughout the restaurant, including bussing tables and delivering food and beverages.
• Leading the lobby experience following Outback hospitality standards.
• Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards during shifts.
