Responsibilities

• Making a memorable first and last impression.
• Greeting guests warmly, seating them efficiently, and ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff.
• Coordinating seating with a sense of urgency.
• Engaging with guests with genuine conversations and always smiling.
• Having a general knowledge of the menu to recommend and upsell products.
• Answering phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assisting throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Teamwork is essential.
• Leading the lobby experience in line with Outback hospitality standards.
• Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during your shift.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs and work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for extended periods.
• For California-based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
