Join our vibrant Food & Beverage team and contribute significantly to enhancing our hotel's restaurant and outlet services. As a Host Person, you will be instrumental in the restaurant team's success, offering exceptional guest service with a warm and inviting first impression.

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver best‑in‑class service to guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Extend a warm greeting to guests upon arrival and express gratitude for their patronage upon departure.
• Continuously replenish beverages and condiments, paying special attention to coffee and tea, while regularly checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Receive, record, and coordinate reservations and special events at the restaurant.
• Aid with rolling silverware, replenishing condiments, and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations.

Physical Requirements

• Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50-75 lbs.
• Work most of the shift standing and moving in the restaurants and kitchen areas.

The hourly rate for this position is $16.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year Host Person experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Food Handlers Certification preferable.
