The Continental at Ford House seeks a friendly Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests and manage seating, reservations, and to-go orders. This part-time role is the first point of contact for guests, contributing to a memorable dining experience under the Ford House operations.

You will collaborate with the management team and servers, training to uphold policies and ensure smooth service during The Continental and The Speedster hours.

The Host/Hostess, typically the first person a guest meets at The Continental, sets the atmosphere for the dining experience. Along with taking reservations, to-go orders and seating the host/hostess assists fellow employees and management in providing an exceptional experience to all those who visit Ford House.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

• Work in tandem with the management team to successful operate The Continental.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of both Continental Services and Ford House.
• Complete the training program for the Host position.
• Support the servers and The Speedster attendants with food and beverage service.
• Greet, direct and seat guests at tables.
• Take, place, package and provide to-go orders to guests.
