Job summary

Snooze in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Host to welcome guests, seat parties, and manage the waitlist with an iPad-based system. You will also answer phones, take to-go orders, and help keep the front of house clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Prior experience recommended but not required.
• Familiar with POS and iPad systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave.
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and manage the waitlist Ipad system.
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system.
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes.
• Respond to Guest requests and communicate with Server as needed.
• Assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables.
