Town & Country Resort’s Arlo restaurant is seeking a Host / Greeter to greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and guide guests to tables. You’ll balance seating, coordinate with servers and managers, and ensure a smooth, inviting start to every guest’s experience.

The role emphasizes a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed during busy periods. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends at a landmark San Diego resort.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist guests with questions about the restaurant, menu, reservations, and resort.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand.
• Recognize returning guests and create memorable moments whenever possible.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and know when to involve a manager.
• Support the restaurant team wherever needed—because great hospitality is a team sport.
