Condesa Restaurant seeks a friendly Host to create a welcoming first impression and help manage reservations and dining room flow. This hands-on, customer-facing role emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols in a fast-paced setting.

The position reports to the General Manager and offers both full-time and part-time schedules. Previous customer-service experience and a professional appearance are valued in a team-oriented environment in Eau Claire, WI.

Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team!This position creates a welcoming and professional first impression for guests while managing reservations and dining room flow. This hands-on, customer-facing position emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols in a fast-paced setting. The role reports to the General Manager and involves no supervisory duties.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively with customers and all team members.
• Must be able to use a computer for timekeeping and cash handling purposes.
• Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Complete knowledge of all company security regulations and federal/state/local regulations relating to food safety.
• Ability to obtain any applicable certifications/licensures as required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended shifts as needed.

Education & Experience

• Customer-service experience preferred.
• Experience in high end restaurant preferred.
