Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team!This position prepares and serves beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in a sophisticated dining and bar environment. This hands-on, customer-facing position emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols in a fast-paced setting. The role reports to the Bar Manager and involves no supervisory duties.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively with customers and all team members.
• Must be able to use a computer for timekeeping and cash handling purposes.
• Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Complete knowledge of all company security regulations and federal/state/local regulations relating to food safety.
• Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask during busy service periods.
• Ability to obtain any applicable certifications/licensures as required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended shifts as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Customer-service experience preferred.
• Prior experience with cash register and/or cash handling highly recommended.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
• Experience in high end restaurant preferred.
