This hands-on, customer-facing position emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols in a fast-paced setting. The role reports to the General Manager and involves no supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to communicate and interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Must be able to use a computer for timekeeping and cash handling.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Complete understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Knowledge of company security regulations and food safety rules.
• Ability to obtain applicable certifications/licensures as required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended shifts.
