Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables.
• Monitor guest needs and seating flow; seat guests accordingly.
• Deliver menus and kid packs when seating guests.
• Maintain lobby, bakery, and retail areas; keep area stocked and clean.
• Practice safe food and beverage handling.
• Interact with guests, handle crowds and ease waiting guests for table or carryout.
• Address guest concerns and involve a manager when needed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions; reconcile receivables.
• Assist in marketing, promotions, and sharing new offerings with guests.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain a clean dining area.
• Perform duties with dependability and teamwork.
