Responsibilities

• Greet guest in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner and escort guests to tables.
• Monitors guests’ needs and seats guests accordingly.
• Delivers menus and kid packs as needed when seating guests.
• Performs restroom checks, answers phone, keeps lobby, bakery and retail areas clean and stocked.
• Practices safe food and beverage handling.
• Handles cash and credit transactions; accounts for all receivables.
• Assist in marketing, promotional services and situational selling.
• Clears, sanitizes, and sets tables as needed.
