The Dinex Group is opening Brasserie Boulud in New York and seeks polished, personable Hosts for our front-of-house team. As the first and last contact for guests, you will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and help ensure a smooth flow of service in a refined dining setting.

Ideal candidates will have prior host or hospitality experience, excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage seating using reservation platforms (Resy).
• Coordinate table assignments to optimize service flow.
• Maintain waitlists and communicate clearly with guests.
• Coordinate with management, servers and kitchen staff regarding seating and timing.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus professionally.
• Handle guest concerns with poise and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and entrance area.
• Uphold company standards for appearance, communication and hospitality.
