Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in Guest Relations or related position in a fine dining restaurant.
• Fluent in operating Resy with tag management and confirmations.
• Knowledge of OpenTable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional image while at the podium and manage the reservation center.
• Coordinate with Maitre'd and management to strategize reservation plans.
• Learn and apply Forbes Service Standards in daily duties.
• Be available for mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends, with a focus on NYC restaurant flow.
