Job summary

Pacific Catch, Inc. is seeking a part-time Host to greet guests, seat them promptly, and provide a warm, first-class hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment. You will manage guest flow, answer phones, and guide guests through the menu with a friendly demeanor.

The role requires weekend availability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure with restaurant team members. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.

SCHEDULE

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is a must. Dinner shift availability required.

COMPENSATION

$16.90 Per Hour

• Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload. Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requests

• Ability to operate a POS system and Open Table Software
• Ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• High school education is required; Hospitality or other degrees are a plus
• Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred

PHYSICAL

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
