Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm verbal greeting.
• Maintain communication with servers when guests are seated.
• Handle guest complaints quickly and courteously.
• Keep work area clean according to health standards.
• Advise guests of waiting time and recommend beverage outlets.
• Responsible for seating guests according to established rotation procedure and explaining daily features.
• Handle any guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously.
• Keep work area neat and clean in accordance with PA Department of Health standards.
• Participate as a team member with all servers, barbacks, and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• We will provide any necessary training for this position.
