Job summary

Turning Point is a daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant with 30+ corporate locations across NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL. We seek outstanding, enthusiastic team members to join our growing company and to transfer to other locations as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating, handling phone and to-go orders, keeping the host stand tidy, clearing and resetting tables, carrying dishes to the kitchen, and assisting servers to ensure guests have an excellent experience.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment adaptability required.
• Restaurant experience encouraged, not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capacity to lift or carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation.
• Answer the phone and take to-go orders when necessary.
• Keep the host stand neat, tidy, and presentable for guests.
• Wipe and set tables, replace condiments, or other supplies.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Running food as needed to both bar and server’s tables.
• Assist the servers with any needs they may have to keep the guests happy.
• Respond to any guest's requests during the shift.

Compensation: $10.00 per hour
