White Lodging is seeking a friendly and energetic restaurant server to welcome guests, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a smooth dining experience at our Charlotte properties.

You will coordinate with the team to seat guests, manage reservations, and maintain a clean entry area while upholding a professional appearance and welcoming demeanor.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with the dining experience.

• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
