Job summary

FreeRange Concepts in Houston is seeking a friendly Host to be the first point of contact for guests. You will greet guests, provide accurate wait times, and escort guests to dining or bar areas.

Maintain a clean host station, manage seating with care, and assist with to-go orders. You will ensure guests have a positive dining experience from arrival to departure, upholding our promise to Create Remarkable Memories.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor seating in the dining and bar areas.
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during a full shift.
• Compliance with all food and beverage regulations (TABC and Food Handler).

• Welcome guests to the venue
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas
• Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name
• Greet customers upon their departure, thanking them for joining us
• Maintain a clean host reception area

• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
