P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Host to deliver an excellent hospitality experience by effectively managing the restaurant flow and creating a positive impression for guests. The role includes greeting guests, taking food orders, and maintaining safety standards.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They provide a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. In the event there is a wait time, quote an accurate wait time and answer any questions the guest may have.

Job Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with guests: answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, make reservations, take food orders.
• Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing practices at the front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn restaurant seating layout, table divisions into server areas, and how to deliver food.
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to specifications.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conduct side‑work as required for each shift.

Job Requirements
