Job summary

The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a flexible (on-call) Catering Server to support on-site catering and banquet events. You will deliver high-quality dining experiences to residents and staff, with emphasis on service excellence and attentiveness to guest preferences.

Flexibility is key, with shifts including weekends and holidays. Compensation is $20.00–$21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, and opportunities for growth within Erickson Senior Living communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert.
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences.
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.

Location: The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living. Join our team as a flex (on-call) Catering Server. In this role you will provide exceptional service to our residents and employees during on-site catering and banquet events.

Flexible shifts including short shifts, weekends, and no late nights. Compensation: commensurate with experience, $20.00 - $21.00 per hour.
