Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a warm and welcoming Host for Proof!. You will be the first and last contact, greeting guests and setting the tone for a memorable visit.

As the face of our restaurant, you will manage guest seating, assist with reservations in OpenTable, answer inquiries, and help create a seamless dining experience with a focus on outstanding hospitality. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience in a hotel or resort is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and communicate with guests effectively.
• Flexible schedule with weekends/holidays/evenings; valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card.

About The Role

The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is looking for a warm and welcoming Host to join our team at Proof! As the first and last point of contact, you’ll set the tone for each guest’s experience, greeting them with genuine hospitality and ensuring their visit ends on a high note. Your role is key in creating the lasting memories that make Proof so special.

What You Will Do

• Greeting and seating guests
• Coordinating guest reservations on sight an in Open Table
• Responding to guest inquiries
• Communicating and building rapport with guests while providing above and beyond service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
• Answering phones and assisting where needed in the restaurant operation
• Print menus, and create collateral, for the restaurant

What You Bring

• Previous Food & Beverage experience, hotel/resort experience preferred, not required
• Must be able to be on feet for entire shift and communicate with guests appropriately and effectively
• Above and beyond attitude is required as well as a flexible schedule with ability to work weekends/holidays/evenings
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
