Evening Entertainment Group (EEG) is seeking a Host(ess) at Backyard Desert Ridge to warmly welcome guests and direct seating to ensure a smooth dining experience.

You will assist servers, provide menu and promotion information, and uphold high standards of service and appearance in a welcoming hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized entrance area, inviting and presentable for guests.
• Guide guests to tables, present menus and inform them of daily specials and promotions.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant's menu, ingredients, and allergen information.
• Communicate effectively with guests and accurately estimate wait times with updates as needed.
• Stay updated on promotions, events, and offerings to provide accurate information.
• Adhere to uniform standards with a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers and management in writing and verbally.
• Must obtain and maintain any licensing or work cards required.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, practices and guidelines.
• Flexibility to perform other duties and shifts as assigned.
