Host

Host Range: $15.00-$16.24

Position: Host

You will be responsible for providing a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor and escorting guests to tables. You will also take reservations and manage the wait list when necessary. As part of the Front of House service team, excellent customer service skills are essential.

Minimum Requirements: Must be 17 or older.

Pay Range (Base Pay): As disclosed above.

Other Compensation: Referral bonuses, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, with 20+ hours/week).

Health Insurance: Coverage includes health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity (must be 18+).

Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan with company match up to 4% (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).

Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours per hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ hours/week).
