Job summary

Pacific Catch, Inc. is seeking Hosts who deliver first-class hospitality in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, seat them, and help introduce the menu while representing our brand with a friendly smile.

This part-time, hourly role requires weekend availability and the ability to manage a high-volume front desk with poise. Previous guest service experience is preferred, and knowledge of OpenTable and POS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members.
• Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with Guests, inviting Guests in, seating Guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload. Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requests.
• Embraces all Pacific Catch's Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards.
• Ability to operate a POS system and Open Table Software
• Ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions.

SCHEDULE

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is a must.

COMPENSATION

$17.75 Per Hour

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• High school education is required; Hospitality or other degrees are a plus
• Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred

PHYSICAL

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
