For tipped employees, the base wage will be $11.00 with a $5.50 tip credit applied if wages earned do not reach minimum wage.

About Us:

Our latest location in NYC, LA GRANDE BOUCHERIE, aims to become a Parisian square in Midtown and one of the most authentically French dining destinations in Manhattan. Located at 145 West 53rd Street, the restaurant stretches the entire block of 6 ½ Avenue of the Americas. This one-of-a-kind brasserie is inspired by the elegant and ornamental Art Nouveau style, evoking optimism from the turn of the century, transported to present-day New York. The outdoor gallery spans the length of the block, featuring a soaring, arched skylight and a heated floor, providing year-round outdoor seating for 150 diners. Inside, La Grande Boucherie is built to accommodate more than 400 diners across the dining room, bar, and mezzanine areas.

BOUCHERIE is a traditional French brasserie and steakhouse, celebrating Joie de Vivre in the heart of New York. The menu features French classics, timeless bistro favorites, and DRY-AGED STEAKS. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list and classic drinks, along with a beverage program that includes absinthe-driven signature cocktails.
