Rosa Mexicano - Broadway in New York City is seeking staff who deliver warm Latin hospitality, welcome guests as if entering a home, and ensure guests feel genuinely cared for in-person, over the phone, or via third-party vendors.

Stay on top of health standards, manage reservations, and balance guest flow with confidence. Strong teamwork and a positive attitude are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Guest Service Experience - 1 Year preferred
• Ability to multi-task while staying calm, cool, and collected
• Kill them with kindness
• Ability to stand on your feet through a shift
• High School Degree or GED required

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest like they’re walking into your home
• Ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for in-person, over the phone, or a 3rd party vendor
• Follow our Service Steps as outlined
• Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards
• Manage the flow of the restaurant by balancing reservations, walk-ins, and table turns
• Anticipate guest needs and make them feel truly cared for
• Answer phones and handle inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist with takeout/delivery/catering orders, ensuring accuracy and hospitality
• Communicate with Management and service staff for seamless service
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Participate in pre-shifts, training s, and team meetings
• Work together with teammates to keep energy high and service seamless
