The ButterMilk Ranch in Nashville is seeking a friendly Host to be the first face guests see when they visit our restaurant. You will thrive in a busy environment and help ensure every guest's experience starts and ends on a high note.

Your role includes greeting and seating guests, answering calls, assisting with inquiries, clearing and resetting tables, and coordinating with the team to deliver a seamless dining experience.

The hourly rate for this job is $12/hr + $8-$13/hr in tips

ButterMilk Ranch is in search of an upbeat, positive Host to be the first friendly face our guests see when they visit our restaurant. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment and knows when to kick it into high gear. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that every guest's experience starts and ends on a high note.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
