Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in person and on the phone
• Manage reservations, seating, and quoted wait times with speed and accuracy
• Plan and organize dining room seating for the shift
• Share restaurant information clearly and courteously
• Communicate smoothly with guests and the team to control seating flow and support guest satisfaction

How Your Shift Flows
