Role and Responsibilities:

1. Create a warm and hospitable environment for all guests.
2. Understand seating arrangements and guest flow.
3. Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival.
4. Maintain professional and positive guest relations.
5. Communicate daily menu items clearly and make informed recommendations.
6. Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with California Law.
7. Follow health and safety standards when handling food and beverages.
8. Maintain high product and menu knowledge.
9. Participate in regular testing to meet Felix standards.
10. Attend scheduled training to develop skills and knowledge.
