Pouring with Heart is currently looking for a new Security Host to work the door at Arts District Brewing Co, Los Angeles. We are excited to find a new team member to help keep our crews and guests safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a welcoming atmosphere by balancing security with hospitality. Greet every guest with a first hello and last goodbye. Know your regulars by name.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and guest flow to prevent incidents.
• Check IDs and ensure all guests meet entry requirements.
• De-escalate conflicts and handle situations calmly and professionally.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist during evacuations when needed.
• Report all incidents accurately and promptly to management.
• Attend all required training on safety, guest interaction, and procedures provided by the company.
• Must have a valid Guard Card.
• Able to lift 50lbs up to 200lbs and be on your feet for up to 8 hours.
