30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee’s Summit, MO is hiring Hosts to join our front of house team. We’re looking for outgoing, reliable people who enjoy interacting with Guests and being part of a fast-moving restaurant team.

As a Host, you’ll be one of the first people guests meet, help create a warm welcome, coordinate seating and wait times, and work alongside the front of house team to keep service running smoothly. Part-time positions available with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to assist across front-of-house tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and manage check-in experience.
• Maintain waitlist and communicate wait times.
• Seat Guests and coordinate with servers.
• Answer phone calls and handle guest questions.
• Assist with reservations and to-go orders as needed.

30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee’s Summit, MO is hiring Hosts to join our front of house team.

We’re looking for outgoing, reliable people who enjoy interacting with Guests and being part of a fast-moving restaurant team. As a Host at 30hop, you’ll be one of the first people our Guests meet. You’ll help create a warm welcome, coordinate seating and wait times, and work alongside the front of house team to keep service running smoothly.

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We’re all about great food, craft beer, and creating a fun, welcoming place for our Guests. Our team members play an important role in delivering that experience every day.

Fully trained Hosts earn $13.75 per hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

What You’ll Do

• Greet Guests and help them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
• Maintain the waitlist and communicate accurate wait-time estimates
• Seat Guests while helping keep the dining room organized and flowing efficiently
• Coordinate with Servers and other team members regarding seating and Guest needs
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to Guest questions
• Assist with reservations and to-go orders when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, entryway, and Guest-facing areas
• Help reset tables and get the dining room ready for arriving Guests
• Assist with food running and other front of house tasks as needed
• Jump in to support teammates and keep service moving during busy shifts
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
• Friendly, clear, and professional communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A Guest-first mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
