30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring bartenders to join our front of house team. We craft signature cocktails, pour an extensive selection of beer, wine, and spirits, and create an energetic atmosphere that keeps Guests coming back.

As a fully trained bartender, you'll welcome guests, prepare drinks, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding hospitality. We offer full-time or part-time schedules with generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and menu items.
• Accurately prepare drinks for bar and dining room service.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders.

30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring Bartenders to join our front of house team.

At 30hop, the bar is at the center of the Guest experience. Our bartenders craft signature cocktails, pour an extensive selection of beer, wine, and spirits, and create an energetic atmosphere that keeps Guests coming back.

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We’re known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day.

Compensation for fully trained Bartenders starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Sunday availability is required
• Additional weekday and weekend shifts available based on scheduling needs

What You'll Do

• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders
• Other duties as assigned
