Job summary

Rosa Mexicano Las Vegas is seeking upbeat Hosts to join our team and deliver warm hospitality in a fast-paced dining room.

As a Host, you will welcome guests, manage seating flow, answer calls, and help with takeout orders while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. Previous guest-facing experience is preferred; strong communication and a friendly, energetic presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred (1 year).
• Ability to multi-task while staying calm.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and welcome them as if entering a home.

What You'll Do

• We believe in Warm Latin Hospitality, especially during first and last impressions
• Welcome every guest like they’re walking into your home
• Ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for in-person, over the phone, or a 3rd party vendor
• Follow our Service Steps as outlined
• Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards
• Keep a "never walk past a napkin on the floor" mentality
• Manage the flow of the restaurant by balancing reservations, walk‑ins, and table turns with confidence and grace
• Anticipate guest needs — from special occasions to accessibility or seating preferences — and make them feel truly cared for
• Answer phones and handle inquiries with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
• Assist with takeout/delivery/catering orders, ensuring accuracy and hospitality even beyond our doors
• Communicate constantly and quietly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service for all guests
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly
• Participate in pre‑shifts, training, and team meetings — because we grow together
• Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless — at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu
