Tupelo Honey - Louisville is seeking motivated hospitality team members for Front of House roles to create a warm, welcoming dining experience. You greet guests, assist servers, and help keep dining areas clean and inviting.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in FOH service environment as service or management personnel.
• Must possess a positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude.
• Possess good math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all managers, employees, guests and purveyors at all business volume levels.
• Must be able to move and process information quickly.
• Must have a working knowledge of the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Create a warm and welcoming gathering environment that is clean and comfortable for our guests, including: clean waiting areas, clean restroom facilities, clean expo stations, clean and well-maintained floors, and clean exterior and patio areas.
• Ensures service standards and proper execution.
• Greet guests and show them to their seats.
• Communicate to guests in the spirit of southern hospitality.
• Assists with keeping a clean and efficient dining area, including: bringing food to tables, cleaning tables, assisting servers with guest inquiries and taking/preparing drink orders.
• Clear tables after guests. Take tableware to dishroom and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
• Between seatings promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop. Communicate with other employees while resetting tables in order to keep seating new tables quickly and efficiently.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server as needed.

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
