Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for checking in all employees and highlighting on the OpenTable system.
• Answer the phone, take reservations, and takeout orders.
• Ensure menus are clean and organized.
• Greet, check in, and seat guests.
• Print any special instructions from OpenTable and hand off to server upon check-in.
• Review all reservations and plan the shift accordingly.
• Utilize OpenTable to capture important guest information.
• Coordinate with the manager to ensure proper wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of restrooms and the host stand.
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal interaction with management, servers, team members, and guests).
• Basic reading and computer skills.
• Ability to visually scan the restaurant for clean, unoccupied tables.
• Ability to work well independently and with others.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Position Details:

This is an hourly paid position. Hours vary based on business needs, with operations from 9 AM to 2 AM, seven days a week.

Compensation:
