Anchor Bar Niagara Falls is seeking a friendly hostess to greet guests, guide them to tables or waiting areas, and help ensure a warm, efficient dining experience.

You will use OpenTable to manage seating and reservations, answer phones, take to-go orders, and collaborate with teammates to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and availability nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter and exit the restaurant.
