Towne Park LLC is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate in Philadelphia to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with luggage, and help ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience at the location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write plain English; perform basic math; and communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxi/hotel information, and local attractions details.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and track keys and tickets.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and guest folios; handle revenue as needed.
