Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring friendly and dependable Valet Attendants for hospitality properties in Sacramento. You will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, provide professional and attentive service, and assist guests with directions and luggage in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is needed; prior valet or customer-service experience is

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous valet, hospitality, driving, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Assist guests with vehicle drop-off, pickup, luggage, and directions.
• Inspect vehicles and document existing damage.
• Maintain accurate control and organization of vehicle keys.
• Help manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic around the valet area.
• Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety, attendance, uniform, timekeeping, and tip-reporting procedures.
• Support guests and team members during busy periods.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
