Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking Overnight Hotel Valet Attendants for properties in Sacramento, CA. You will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles and assist guests during overnight hours, while keeping the valet area organized and secure.

This non-exempt role pays a base wage of $20.00 per hour plus tips, with shifts including overnight, weekend, and holiday hours. Prior valet or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and excellent customer-service skills.
• Ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, and vehicle-related needs.
• Inspect vehicles and document any existing damage.
• Maintain secure control of keys and clean valet area.
• Monitor the parking area and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Respond promptly to overnight guest questions and requests.
• Protect guest information and privacy.
• Follow traffic, safety, and attendance procedures.
• Complete shift reports and required incident documentation.
• Support team members and perform related duties.
